We accept and process orders from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Manila time). All orders received after the cut off time are processed on the next business day. All orders received during holidays are also processed on the next business day.
Once payment has been approved, orders are normally picked up by the authorized courier within 1 to 2 business days.
Stock availability of listed items is not guaranteed. Some items listed in our website, occasionally may not be available for shipment and are out of stock. We will notify you via email if these items will still be available or if they were discontinued in production by our suppliers.
Once an order is approved, we will notify you via email. Should you need to inquire about the status of your order, you may email us at email@example.com
We can only cancel orders for unpaid items. Once the payment is approved and finalized, you may no longer cancel your orders because paid items will now go through the shipping process.
For items that are still unpaid and outstanding, you may request to cancel them by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
