Return Policy


Return Process

Before we ship out your goods, we check and insure the merchandise that you receive is the correct item - free from damage or defects.

In the event that factory defective goods or wrong items were shipped out, Deovir Arts, Inc. will provide you product replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


In order for us to review all returns due to factory defective goods or wrong item shipped, please fill out the Return Items Form. which you will  find in Your Completed Orders page. Please see below:

Please indicate in the form the Return Reasons (Received Wrong Product or Factory Defective Product) and the Return Actions (Replacement or Refund).

If the request is valid and approved, we shall facilitate a replacement or a refund of the purchase amount, whichever you prefer.
 
Upon receipt of the factory defective goods or wrong item sent, please fill out the Return Form within 3 days. If the request for replacement or refund is valid, kindly send us back the item within 3 days from receipt of our email confirming approval of replacement or refund of the item. 


If you wish for a replacement, please see below:


1) Please return the item in its original delivery condition.

 
2) Kindly include a copy of the official receipt.


3) Please include a copy of the receipt of shipping cost for the returned item including your banking details so that we can remit the shipping cost to your bank account.


4) Return the item within 3 days from receipt of our email confirming approval of replacement of the item.


5) Please return the item to:

                                       Philippines 1001


6) Upon receipt of receipt of the returned item, we shall send you the replacement within 2 to 5 business days.


7) In the event that the replacement item is out of stock, we shall refund the paid amount for the returned item plus your shipping cost for returning the item.

 


If you wish for a refund, please see below:


1) Please return the item in its original delivery condition.


2) Kindly include a copy of the official receipt.


3) Please include a copy of the receipt of shipping cost for the returned item including your banking details so that we can remit the shipping cost to your bank account.


4) Return the item within 3 days  from receipt of our email confirming approval of  refund of the item.


5) We shall deposit to your bank account the refund price and  your shipping cost for returning the item.



Please note we do not offer product replacement or refund based on the following:


1) Change of mind (example: changing an item for a different size, brand, color or price)


2) Errors in making the correct order (example: accidentally adding an item to your shopping cart)


3) Damages caused by mishandling and shipping or damages caused by the customer's mishandling or misuse of the product.
