Order Process
We accept and process orders from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Manila time). All orders received after the cut off time are processed on the next business day. All orders received during holidays are also processed on the next business day.
Once payment has been approved, orders are normally picked up by the authorized courier within 1 to 2 business days.
Stock availability of listed items is not guaranteed. Some items listed in our website, occasionally may not be available for shipment and are out of stock. We will notify you via email if these items will still be available or if they were discontinued in production by our suppliers.
Once an order is approved, we will notify you via email. Should you need to inquire about the status of your order, you may email us at orders@deovirarts.com
Order Cancellation
We can only cancel orders for unpaid items. Once the payment is approved and finalized, you may no longer cancel your orders because paid items will now go through the shipping process.
For items that are still unpaid and outstanding, you may request to cancel them by sending us an email to orders@deoviratrs.com
Pricing
The prices in this website are inclusive of 12% value added tax.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Price changes can occur upon your check-out. Price change is mainly attributed to our supplier's change in price.
If changes in price occur, we will inform you via email the new price. Should you find the new price unacceptable, you may opt to cancel the order and we will not charge you for the cancellation. If you find the new price acceptable, you may inform us via email to proceed with the processing of your order.
Shipping Process
Approved customer's orders will ship either Air 21, AP Cargo, LBC and DHL. Courier used is determined based on the merchandise ordered and delivery address. Our authorized couriers reserve the right to decline shipping of restricted merchandise based on air transport regulations. If an item can not be shipped due to shipping restrictions, an email will be sent informing you about the cancellation of your order.
Once payment has been approved, orders are normally dispatched the next business day. Typical orders to a physical delivery address within Metro Manila normally will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the dispatch date of the order. Typical orders to a physical provincial delivery address within the Philippines will be delivered within 3 to 5 days from the dispatch date. Orders outside the provincial city limits of our authorized courier can be picked up at their nearest branch. OUR COURIER HAS NO DELIVERY SCHEDULE ON WEEKENDS.
Deovir Arts, Inc. does not assume responsibility and liability for merchandise damages while the goods are under the care of our authorized couriers whether these damages are direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of the ordered goods.

Bank Transfer
Upon transfer of payment, please send us a copy of your deposit slip to orders@deovirarts.com as proof of your payment so that we can approve and send out your orders. In your e-mail, please indicate your full name as indicated in your order.
Before we ship out your goods, we check and insure the merchandise that you receive is the correct item - free from damage or defects.
In the event that factory defective goods or wrong items were shipped out, Deovir Arts, Inc. will provide you product replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
In order for us to review all returns due to factory defective goods or wrong item shipped, please fill out the Return Items Form. which you will find in Your Completed Orders page. Please see below:
Please indicate in the form the Return Reasons (Received Wrong Product or Factory Defective Product) and the Return Actions (Replacement or Refund).
If the request is valid and approved, we shall facilitate a replacement or a refund of the purchase amount, whichever you prefer.
Upon receipt of the factory defective goods or wrong item sent, please fill out the Return Form within 3 days. If the request for replacement or refund is valid, kindly send us back the item within 3 days from receipt of our email confirming approval of replacement or refund of the item.
If you wish for a replacement, please see below:
1) Please return the item in its original delivery condition.
2) Kindly include a copy of the official receipt.
3) Please include a copy of the receipt of shipping cost for the returned item including your banking details so that we can remit the shipping cost to your bank account.
4) Return the item within 3 days from receipt of our email confirming approval of replacement of the item.

6) Upon receipt of receipt of the returned item, we shall send you the replacement within 2 to 5 business days.
7) In the event that the replacement item is out of stock, we shall refund the paid amount for the returned item plus your shipping cost for returning the item.

1) Please return the item in its original delivery condition.
2) Kindly include a copy of the official receipt.
3) Please include a copy of the receipt of shipping cost for the returned item including your banking details so that we can remit the shipping cost to your bank account.
4) Return the item within 3 days from receipt of our email confirming approval of refund of the item.
5) We shall deposit to your bank account the refund price and your shipping cost for returning the item.
Please note we do not offer product replacement or refund based on the following:
1) Change of mind (example: changing an item for a different size, brand, color or price)
2) Errors in making the correct order (example: accidentally adding an item to your shopping cart)
3) Damages caused by mishandling and shipping or damages caused by the customer's mishandling or misuse of the product.

Your information are all held private. Deovir does not gather or store your individual information to share it with other companies. Web log statistics are analyzed as a whole and individual browsing is not tracked. Like all other online stores, we do ask for your email address and postal address because this is the best way to keep in contact with you. However, all these information are secured and held private. We do not give out or exchange these information to third parties nor will we give them out in the future. We just keep it in our records so that we can easily communicate with you.
We do not do telemarketing by telephone or fax and we will not give out your information to telemarketing companies. However, we use your contact information to inform you about the status of your orders.
We send out product updates through our mailing list. On the order confirmation page, you have the option to join our mailing list. If you did not check the join our maling list box and you still receive our product updates, please write to us at inquiry@deovirarts.com.

Place a Special Order
We have thousands of products and not all are listed in our website. Most of our inventories are allocated at our retail stores so some items may have zero quatities but are actually available in our stores. We can get them for you and you can purchase it here online.
