Embossing Powders - Diamond Sparkle (TM)

Diamond Sparkle Embossing Powder has a clear base with Diamond Dust glitter. Like a diamond, the glitter reflects the ambient light for a beautiful addition to any card. The clear base allows colored pigment inks to complement the Diamond Sparkles.
