Koh-i-noor Carré Sticks are made of premium quality materials. Koh-i-noor leads and chalks contain clay as the basic raw material, ferrous pigments and or special types of soot. The mutual combination of various types of raw materials in recipes developed over the years and appropriate technology for modifying the mixture and methods of their formation create the required qualities of drawing.

These sticks are excellent for details and outlines. You can use them on smooth or rough paper.  Use a shading stump or your fingers for smudging techniques.  After finishing your drawing, we suggest that you apply fixative to avoid further smudding.
